Does anyone besides me think he stayed out of the way his 1st year at Illinois and slowly went downhill after that? He seemed to be successful in the MVC but not in the big leagues. Sounds familiar...

Weber's time at Illinois really went down hill after losing Eric Gordon.

this hire will depend on how many players he will keep (McGruder, Henriquez, Spradling)....if he can keep them then he will get some lead way and will be looked at as a good coach (see Frank Haith).

But overall, ****** hire and if I was a KSU fan i'd be ******.

And they should, Bruce Weber is a HUGE downgrade from Frank Martin.
