I just feel compelled to re-state that if CPR and fellow salary-collectors would have been put on secret probation after the Liberty Bowl debacle.....we could have sent them all to the beaches of the Gulf coast sooner (and never had Mangino's get any of our money). We would have a new coach 2013 and now we would have been in the 4th year and going to a bowl.
That said, This "building culture" crap is over-rated. Football is not rocket science....our big offensive linemen should be able at the word "hike" be able to at least move an inch forward in run plays.....heck, possilbly even a yard. A winning coach is a winner and it is evident by....guess what.....winning. If we are one-fer or 0-fer after this year and three-for next year.....ugh....

If you're banking on a trick play because everyone in the world thinks it is going to be... then why not make sure the guys lining up in the field goal block situation are aware of said trick play. It was a higher likelihood that the fake FG would fail than to have the QB who averaged 42 yards per carry run it in from the 2. He wasn't on the field, their placeholder would have had to make a throw and a 2nd or 3rd string WR would have had to catch said throw. Instead first string players who had been running all over us.
