I think if we end the season with 5 total wins, he is back. It shows improvement over the last two years, plus I think it would show he has righted the ship some with some of his coaching hires. The key here would be who comes in at DC and OC. Assuming Sturdy does a good job, he probably gets promoted, otherwise look outside. I hope/think that Wally retires. For DC, I hope we look outside for someone to come in.
At 4 wins, its tough, but I would lean that he comes back. This will depend on who we can attract as a new coach and what donors are willing to put up. But like others have said, it will be a tough market out there for good coaches.
At 3 total wins, I would heavily lean that we fire Rhodes, with a chance at keeping him due to lack of good coaching candidates in the market.
Anything less he is gone.
