Why are we doing this for KU. I'm not sure I even have a gold shirt. Maybe that's Johnny's favorite color.
I'm wearing red tonight. It's "our" color. I'm not going to run away from it, or treat it as second-class, just because KU has red also. Who cares what their colors are?
Makes no sense; kind of deameaning, actually.
Only you would think of a response like this. Ridiculous, every single word of it.

Holy cow, dude. If requesting you to wear a particular color for a game is demeaning, I can't imagine how you function through the more important parts of life.
It's to stand out on national television.
I dont think its the request thats demeaning, more the fact that another school can come into our own house and determine what colors we wear. Why should we change, theyre the ones who suck.

I'm hoping you are being funny, but the fact that Kansas is the other team has nothing to do with the Golden Rules promotion.
Unless, of course, you factor in that the only reason we are on ESPN2 tonight is because we are playing Kansas.
If that's the case, why don't we do something cool like "sombrero night"?

I'm for it!
But they can't be in demeaning colors:shocked:
