I usually hesitate to post UI related content , but this is very related. And worth it.
At the start of June, The Athletic’s Scott Dochterman posted a list of ten recruits the Hawkeyes “needed” to land. at the time, I was amused to see how many on his list were scheduled to visit Ames.
Keller and Deylin Hasert were both on that list. Sweet!
For that matter, so were Kaleb Johnson and Micah Riley Ducker. I haven’t paid much attention to the others, but I think they’ve only landed one so far.
Yes, he literally phrased it “need”.

Iowa has been well known for their tight ends and this is the second tight end recruit in the last month who has turned them down in favor of Iowa State. That seems pretty relevant to this thread, so back off.

Not sure. I was watching Keller's highlight tape someone else posted here and he seems to block a lot like Soehner. Definitely more physical than Kolar.
Looks like we we'll be seeing the 2 or 3 TE sets a LOT in the future too. How else can you get all these stud TE's the playing time they deserve?
