But there won't be an upper bowl... Unless they're just lying on all their documentation on their website.
$$$ talks. I'm not sure if there is one but if a heavy demand is there then they would be stupid not to open it.

Rows 3,4, and 5 aren’t great in any situation. Doesn’t matter the section.

Have you ever sat in those rows in Section W at Jack Trice Stadium? They are fantastic seats!

I got the call today for group tickets!! Seems that UNLV pretty much sold most of the lower bowl seats for season tickets from what I was told. She made it sound like most of the Iowa State people will be in the upper bowl. My tickets with fees are $121/each. For rows 3,4, and 5. I was second on the list for group tickets. The UNLV gal I worked with told me she had 200 tickets available today. I never really had time to confer with others in our group so I pulled the trigger on 50 of them. I have no idea how many will be available. She said everything just came down this afternoon.

I got the same call. My group was actually third in line. She told me our section was 207. There are also 300 and 400 levels in the stadium which I assume they are not opening up. Not yet anyway.

In the Cyclone Virtual Tailgate Tour tonight, Coach Otz gave four recommendations of his favorite old-school restaurants in Las Vegas:
  • Hugo’s Cellar at the Four Queens.
  • Golden Steer Steakhouse.
  • Piero’s Italian (Coach Tarkanian had dinner there everyday).
  • Batista’s Hole in the Wall.

Rows 6,7, and 8 by chance? ;) We got 207. think I may know some folks in your group. Our friends neighbor told them they were third in line. Glad I was on top of this and put $100 deposit down!

Rachael mentioned row 7 and above. She seemed a bit overwhelmed by it all like her bosses just made the decision to open up sales and everyone started scrambling. See you at the game!

200 level seats were not an option for UNLV season tickets. So when they say they don’t plan to open the upper bowl i guess that meant the 300 level, but 200s are probably where the ISU allotment is located, right?

Good question. I will ask when I call her this morning to get the scoop on it. She just made it sound like the ISU allotment was not in the lower bowl but she did not specify where. I am just glad we will be in with all cyclone fans.

The 200 levels make sense because those use the same concourse as the suites and the memorial torch with some having access to the 100 level concourse. The 300 & 400 levels use another concourse and I think they're gonna try to avoid opening those sections to avoid that concourse.

I'm guessing the official visitor allotment you buy from the ISU ticket office is in the 100 levels. I'm guessing 119-121 or 125-127

So right next to the student section?

Yea but unless they have some sort of free shuttle bus system or something to haul students over there, I don't anticipate very many students at any of the games to be completely honest.

That will go over well. Was there the last time ISU played UNLV and the walk to the limo was interesting. My wife was so pissed about how their fans were she is skipping the game and going to a show this year.

Has anyone called to ask about the price on the VVIP Field Club seats/lounge?
Looks pretty sweet from the description.
