Amen. I’ve had to fire friends that couldn’t/ wouldn’t perform their job obligations. It sucks. You’re affecting not only them but their families. No one (unless you’re a real sadist) enjoys doing it. It ultimately becomes a question to fire them, and affect their family, or stay the course you’re on, and affect you’re family if you get fired. Time will tell what happens here.I will say, a boss who is unwilling or unable to fire subordinates who aren't performing, really isn't a good boss.
I will also say I don't really care for coaching revolving doors, but Manning has had PLENTY of time.
