Gold has 1576 members.
Would someone post the numbers for Captain and Cardinal??

States has 773 as of today. I took last years, and plugged in the couple data points for this year. If anyone sees the other numbers, please add to the table.

Interesting the 2 we know are down a little. Could be drops due to tax law change, or people moving up a notch, or little of both. Hard to say at this point.

................. 2018.......2019
Director......318
Victory........686
Captains....624..........659
Gold..........1618.......1729
Cardinal....1379........1347
States.........865.........773

Gold is 1516. Surprised to see a drop of 100 from last year if that's accurate

Tax deduction is gone, I know a lot of people who lowered or stopped their donations because of it.

Probably be worse this year as people file 2018 taxes and realize that they now take the standard deduction instead of itemizing.

Also my company is no longer doing the donation match. If other companies follow that will also have an impact going forward.

Even if you itemize you cannot deduct college donations. At least that is what my tax guy told me.

Gold has 1576 members. First time donor in the Gold (no prior donation) would be number 1577 or higher. With prior donations/priority points would be less than 1576 in placing.

Would someone post the numbers for Captain and Cardinal?

Didn't the lots around Hilton change to donor lots for football?

572 in Captains

Not exactly sure.
Not anymore. The tax cut removed the ability to deduct donations to collegiate athletic departments

Don’t they consider it to be 80 % to the foundation though? Or did that change also. You donate to the foundation and they give to the athletic department?

Never heard of it that way. I just know they made a bid deal about the donations to the Cyclone club not being a tax deduction anymore. I haven't heard of anyone donating to Iowa State Foundations and getting athletic benefits for it.

Every year I get a letter thanking my contribution to the foundation and it’s always 80% what I give the cyclone club. I am doing my taxes now and haven’t gotten that far yet.
