Cyrevkah hope Z gets feeling better. BDK good luck driving don't hit to much stuff (vehicles, joints, or booze). CG don't know if you did the rum & ice cream thing but whatever you did worked well. Hilton was fun tonite.

need to turn in the charity gift to the gym by the 10th. Ordered stuff the 30th, hasn't shipped yet. Says it's processing and est. arrival is the 8th-11th. Not sure how the 8th is even possible. Adding in the fact that it'll probably end up at the post office.....I'm worried it won't be here in time :(

So Friday Mrs. 00clone doesn't work and the kids don't go to 'school', so everyone's home. Got up this morning and Mrs. 00clone announced that 4 YO wanted to make swim goggles....errf...okay....

*edit 5 minutes...they're broke. I mean, what can I be expected to do with TP rolls, scotch tape, saran wrap, and a rubber band, ya know?

That is pretty creative though.

This is really throwing me off. My iPhone is showing KC's avatar as Clarks JLaw avatar.

So confusing.

The Bachelor did a rose ceremony at the Hotel Julien. Now I gotta watch that cause that's where we had our reception. Cool.

Amazing what happens when I fix my hair & put on make-up, eh?

Generational thing going on here. I picture you as Maureen O'Hara and the young guys think you are JLaw.

Of course PapaLew is John Wayne to your Maureen in The Quiet Man.

PS: Tip for any movie fans here, do check out this old movie, it's very good. John Ford + Wayne + O'Hara + great supporting cast = gold.

I think trying to raise kind, respectful sons is about the only and best thing you can do. And it starts young. I was reading an article a couple years ago about a mom who watched a boy at her daughter's daycare keep knocking down the block tower her daughter was building, even though her daughter asked him to stop. The boy's mom, when asked to make her son stop, used the "boys will be boys" line and it hit the girl's mom that this is where it starts. Teaching them to respect boundaries and control their actions from a young age. Not letting them think that because they are boys, they can't control themselves.

Come on CG, tell the rest of the story. The daughter got fed up with it and when he came over to do it again she reached up and punched him right in the junk. The girl's mother leaned over to the boy's mother and calmly said, "Boys will be boys, but girls will learn pressure points."

Sorry, it's not true, but it makes a good story.
