I got a good laugh from this response:
If the BIG takes us, the butthurt from them about it will be rich. Soooooooo rich.

Have no idea about this dude's credibility, but finally a tweet with some good news?
"67% of college football's powers"?
Seems like a weird thing to try and quantify. How do you define "power"? Is that like the Sex Panther cologne thing... 65% of the time it works every time?

Agreed. I may ugly, Brittney cry. Don’t judge.I'm not even joking when I say I may start crying tears of joy if ISU somehow ended up in the B1G. It would feel like a ******* miracle.
My only comment on this is KU "has a head start" only as far as he knows. Its entirely possible Jamie has been laying a foundation with the B1G since the last go-round.As far as I know he's pretty reliable. Was saying Leipold would get hired during that whole process
They would be getting the best fan base in the country!Well yeah it makes sense for us, but how much sense does it make for the Big 10?
This. Thought the same thing. He doesn’t know. And when this kind of stuff goes down, Jamie has a plan usually and executes it quickly. I seriously doubt ISU is playing catch-up.My only comment on this is KU "has a head start" only as far as he knows. Then we link our big 12 left behinds with BIG left behinds.Perhaps discussed earlier, but are we sure OU/TX will be joining what we know as the SEC? What if some current SEC schools break off, grab OU/TX, and Michigan and [The] Ohio State and form some sort of conference on their own? We don't know if B10 schools are talking with these SEC schools.
I'm not even joking when I say I may start crying tears of salty sadness if ISU ends up still in the big 12 sans OU and TU. It would feel like the literal ultimate kick in the nuts.
Good idea. Then you’ve got some TP for the next pandemic. If the idea that KU would bring us along is real, I would happily buy a Kansas basketball jersey just to help encourage them along.
Sure, I might throw up when it arrives, but they won't care about that.
Yeah, survival is paramount. But the real joy from joining the B1G would come from the collective head explosion of the UI fanbase. So, so great. If the BIG takes us, the butthurt from them about it will be rich. Soooooooo rich.

I'd even take a quasi-B12 including Tech, KSU etc. with some add ins (Houston) over being shipped off to the MAC or whatever.

I’ll just crack an ice cold one, drink some scotch, old fashion then cryAgreed. I may ugly, Brittney cry. Don’t judge.
