To be fair your the exact type of fan who leaves at halftime and misses one of the best 10 minutes of Cyclone basketball ever. You are the type of fan that Iowa State doesn't need and quite frankly didn't have until we became a top 20 team. I think the term is "bandwagon", so in the words of Isiah Cousins get the **** out of here.
Need to give this guy a break. I see very little difference in a person starting a thread while 20 other people were saying the exact same thing in the live game thread.
Glad I already planned on not watching tonight. They are doing exactly what I feared. Sigh
I now see why you have "doosh" in your name. Don't pull a hamstring trying to backtrack.I didn't bail on the team. All I did was point out that we went from 2 huge games, to played a goddamn atrocious half of basketball.
I'm damn proud that we fought back and won, but I garuntee you even the players will tell you that the first half was painful
Who are you the fan police? Seriously, stop.

Not the fan police but after being a season ticket holder for since 1987 so my life experiences include more than ******** on the Internet. It also allows me to pinpoint a bandwagon fan from a mile away. I'm sorry I hurt your friend's feelings.
where is this clown at now?

There seems to be a lot of "I'm a better fan than you" syndrome going around this board lately and your post telling Skidoosh to "get lost" is a prime example. I think we would want more fans not less...even bandwagon ones. (I'm not calling Skidoosh a bandwagon fan as I have no idea how long he has been a Cyclone fan.)
The dude got frusterated and vented. Give him some grief, some good natured ribbing and let it go. Telling him Cyclone Nation doesn't want or need him is a complete overreaction. ISU's door should always be open to new fans, even the ones that vent on the internet.

I seriously question this guys story of being a season ticket holder since 1987. Anyone that has been a Cyclone fan for that long should have had the EXACT same reaction as the OP did. I'm in my mid 30's and grew up a Cyclone fan and we have had the old Cyclone kick to the junk routine burned into our memory. Hell... it's sometimes difficult to celebrate the good times because you know that massive shot below the belt is right around the corner. Now Fred Hoiberg has been about the best therapist for the CycloneNation that there has ever been. He is working his magic and slowly but surely erasing the painful memories of decades of nut shots that we as fans have endured. The healing process takes time... and when nut shots pop up from time to time like the Texas Tech loss, or the blown lead against Baylor, or the meltdown at K-State the flashbacks to a past filled with nut shots can come screaming back to the surface.
Let's not judge other fans for their reactions to these "cup check" moments... some people heal faster than others. It's a process and it isn't the same for everyone. We are all in this together... remember that.
I heard that there's full seasons of Friends on Netflix.I'm guessing he's watching tennis.
