We all know McKay is going to be an NBA player in the future(If Kenneth Faried can make it McKay will), but what do you think he needs to improve on to get to that next level? Put on some weight? Work on a mid-range jumper?

Not take the single dribble in the low post when he gets the ball, just go up with it! (A very minor gripe I have, I love his game, but OP wanted details)
Smoke more weed, get busted for prostitution, bring guns in to the locker room, neck tats. The standard NBA stuff.
I'm not entirely sure of it, but definitely possible. Needs a lot more strength---not sure he's got the body type to add much weight though. He gets pushed around quite a bit on D. Nothing wrong if he's not an NBA guy, there are a lot of great players who don't make it in the association
He's just a fun player to watch and you know he is going to do something that doesn't seem quite possible at first on any given play.
McKay has a 7'4 wingspan. NBA scouts and coaches drool over that kind of length and skill. IMO if McKay develops a solid mid-range jumper he will be a Top 15 draft pick in 2016.
You pretty much nailed it. Probably needs to improve free throw shooting as well, but that isn't something that would keep him from playing in the NBA.
His lower body strength just isnt there to be a Faried type of guy. He's super skinny with a very narrow build. I'm not sure he can just "put on more weight" its more about how he's built.
Nothing. He has to do nothing to make the NBA. He, georges and monte will be the first time isu will have three underclass men drafted in the same draft this offseason
Top 15? I'd love to see it happen.
With an improved jumper and some more weight I think he has a chance to eventually log some minutes in the NBA, but getting drafted is a whole different animal.
Hate to burst bubbles but no one is getting drafted this year and not close. MM and mckay have more NBA upside than Niang actually. Niang is just too small and not athletic enough, he also has way to slow of a release on his 3pt shot for the league. That gets swatted in the league. I know it seems I'm busting on GN but it's reality. Go watch GN first half of the year and watch his 3pt shot now. He started the year trying to have a semi jump shot which is why he struggled, last 3-4 games he's gone back to set shot and he's hitting em. I love GN and he's a great college player but so was Ejim and Kane and many others.
Lastly, if all 3 leave for the draft as the poster indicated then that's prob real real bad news that CFH will be joining them.
