You'd have to define "high" and "low," but I believe ISU will be a six, K-State a three.
Weird that you don't understand that with your elite basketball knowledge. kSU will be ranked in the bracket 11 or 12. ISU will be 17 or 18.

When Jerome Tang was hired at K-State prior to the 2022-23 season, the Wildcats’ nonconference schedule was already made for him, an oddity in today’s college basketball. Tang’s regime was only able to schedule one game, a road contest at Cal – the Wildcats’ second game of the season. KMAN

CBS this morning have Cats as a three in C'bus, ISU as a seven in Sacramento. You have to win the afterthought to make up for the season, I guess.

This is a meaningless tournament for all but the winner as will be apparent when the others lose.
Crazy that "your friend" tmcats also thinks this tournament doesn't mean anything and also uses CBS. I'm sure it's just a coincidence (again).
