Thankfully Stanley isn't hitting open receivers deep. I would prefer to not rely on this being the case though.

These guys are over-coached on offense. Run a play. Again....like every year...we have these slow developing running plays that look great against our scout squad in practice......not so much against Iowa.

These "Park throwing late" comments are getting old. A few were accurate, but it's not every throw...

He must think every NFL QB throws late, then, considering how receivers get nailed several times a game.

It's called throwing the ball down the middle of the field. The receiver is going to get hit. It's his job to hang onto the ball regardless. Throwing earlier isn't going to prevent the hit - in fact, it could completely throw off the timing of the play, especially if the receiver isn't expecting the ball when this color guy thinks Park should be throwing it.

6 penalties for 46 yards against UI, one for 5 yards against ISU at 12:26 of the 3Q. Unheard of in this series. Cyclones must capitalize!!
