Can this day be over soon!!! I have a problem staying on task today and cyclone football is the only solution.

I am pretty sure that the clock on my desk phone has been stuck on 1:34 for about 3 hours now. DEAR GOD LET THE GAME GET HERE SOON!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im really beginning to not like their fan base. pretty ignorant and arrogant.

hopefully we hit these guys coming off the bus

Like KU, where theyve got the arrogance thanks to their BB programs, yet somehow its carried over into football.

I'm glad we get to watch it but you a much better time slot than my 3 am(Kuwait) one. I will not complain though, this will be the third game in a row I have been able to watch over here(Clone Zone worked great).

When I lived in South Africa, I hated the night games at Jack Trice. I could catch our radio call via the internet, but had to be up in the middle of the night to do so. But, when you need a Clone fix, you do what you need to. My wife got up one night and asked why I was drinking a beer at 3 am. I told her it was noon somewhere!

UCONN has a pretty solid D-line that plays very aggressive. They are going to try and get up the field quick and I think that will play right into ISU's hands. Anybody else see us hit on some screen passes, a few delayed shovel passes, and some quick slants across the middle last week? Those are the plays that will absolutely kill an over agressive defensive front as they won't be able to get to the QB but will get themselves out of position which leaves our skill positions players with the ball in their hands into the second level already. I look for ISU to hit some big plays due to UCONN being too aggressive. If Jantz can keep some plays alive like he did last week the UCONN secondary is going to have their hands full all game long.

Another thing to keep in mind is the massive size advantage our tackles have over the UCONN defensive ends. If they can control those corners and get Rabbit to the outside lookout....

Everyone is talking about Jantz...and they should...but Shontrelle had a great game last Saturday save the fumble. I was especially impressed by his hands on catching the ball out of the backfield.

He played very well I agree and the receivers did an outstanding job catching the ball and making big plays. Year 3 and I think Herman's offense is really start to gain some traction. If we can find consistency from week to week we will really have something going.

Speed kills and for once... ISU has plenty of it on both sides of the ball. It is fun to watch.

More of Shontrelle in the slot. Please. His elusiveness and quickness gets him open.

I would like to see Jarvis also. Horne, Money, and Lenz are great. But, we need to build depth also if we're going be in this for the long haul. I would hate to see us rolling along and a major injury stops the train because we were so happy with winning early we forgot the importance of depth. It's a long season.
