Guys please stop feeding the troll. Just stop responding to their stupid threads or better yet just add ignore if you can’t refrain from feeding right into what they want.

I'm sure you noticed that Texas left their guy on the bench to get ready for the actual tournament. And that the final two teams are the same as finished one/two in the regular season race. But whatever, boys. Anxious to see how all this matters in the seedings.

I think this whole pretending to not like the B12 tourney is just a coping mechanism for when Marial Shayok smoked you guys in 2019.

It hit me yesterday hanging out in P&L that @surly hates the Big 12 Tournament because of KU and ISU. I understand the inferiority complex. The first step to healing is correct identification of the problem.

That wasn't the same year, you guys got beat by Cal-State-Long Beach-POLY@Calabassas as a 13 seed that season.
Yep, it was the previous year that the Cats beat Kentucky to go to the E8. 2019 Dean Wade was again hurt and they lost to Cal Irvine in the first round. That was the beginning of the end of Weber's reign.

Good to see that this daily reminder that KState has never won a B12 tournament is still alive and kicking.
And in modern day when they won the Big 12, which Surly claims is what really matters, they lost in the first round of the big dance as a 4 seed.

Of course it matters. If it doesn't, K-State can send the cash back to the Big12 Office. I'm sure Yormark can find a use.

On the court does it matter? You bet, just not to most schools. This year it matters to KU that would like to be #1 overall seed. It mattered to OSU, WVU and TT that were trying to solidify a spot in the NCAA Tournament.

Instructive that Texas coach says Timmy Allen doesn't play in B12 championship game because he's taking "a longer view." Ku doesn't play McCullar, Jr. either. LOL to all the King McClure haters here.

No one here is arguing the Big 12 tournament is more important than the NCAA tournament. That's just some weird narrative you've decided to roll with.
