Typically everything gets released at the same time (I know there have been exceptions to this in the past) and its usually around the first part of August.
last years schedule was released during this time frame
And the year before was June
And a lot of other high major programs have started posting theirs so I figured ISU was close.
Yeah as I said, there have been exceptions (last year), but I believe most of the time the entire schedule is released together.

2016: July 14
2015: June 24
2014: June 25
You are correct that the conference schedule doesn't usually come out until about August but typically we've seen the non conference schedule released around this time or sooner

Hard to say at this point. The remaining portion is out of our control. Big 12 portion usually isn't released until August, however.

I've been excited to find this out too. Looking to book a Columbia Airbnb and get an itinerary for that Friday. Hoping for a 6pm ESPN game.

I was unaware of FSU dropping out. Can't seem to find reports about that decision, although I've gotten behind-the-curve on recent CBB offseason stuff. Can someone share insight?

Some mixed reviews on Florida State expectations since late-spring. Lunardi's early June bracket projected a 6 seed, recent conference-roundups on CBS put FSU near bottom of ACC.
Either way, the swap in PR Tip-Off of FSU/ASU weakens the field.

Interesting aside, it's possible Iowa State could face 3 SEC teams in non-conference (Missouri, S.C., Tennessee).
Pretty meh, but if there's a year where meh will be good for the team to gel, this is it.
Who would have thought Missouri would probably be the best non conference team we will face when we signed that deal.
It's probably best that we get them early too. A lot of new faces will hit the court for both teams.
